Zielgruppe: Alle Teilnehmer am Erasmus+ Programm der Universität Hohenheim, die im Rahmen des Ausschreibungsverfahrens für Austauschprogramme in der Region Europa mit Bewerbungsfrist 01.03.2021 einen Austauschstudienplatz erhalten haben und bisher noch keinen Antrag auf den Erasmus+ Mobilitätszuschuss gestellt haben.

Programmzweck: Unterstützung einer physischen Erasmus+ Mobilität mit einem zusätzlichen finanziellen Zuschuss

Leistungen: 

     

  • Mobilitätszuschuss
    Finanzieller Zuschuss zu den auslandsbedingten Mehrkosten für einen Studienaufenthalt vor Ort an einer Partnerhochschule in Europa (für physische Mobilität).
    Die maximale finanzielle Unterstützung für die physische Mobilitätsphase ergibt sich durch Multiplikation der Anzahl der Tage (Berechnung der Anzahl der Tage analog zur Deutschen Zinsmethode 30/360) der bewilligten physischen Mobilitätsphase mit 1/30 der Monatsrate für das betreffende Gastland. (vgl. Artikel 3.2 der Fördervereinbarung). Eine Limitierung der Förderdauer ist - abhängig von den bewilligten und vorhandenen Fördermitteln - vorbehalten (weitere Informationen finden sie unter Auswahl- und Vergabekriterien).
    Die länderspezifischen monatlichen Förderraten für Mobilitäten im Akademischen Jahr 2021/22 (= länderspezifische Förderraten für das Projekt 2019 und das Projekt 2020):

  • Sonderzuschuss für Studierende mit Kind(ern)
    Studierende, die mit ihrem Kind bzw. mit mindestens einem ihrer Kinder zusammen den Auslandsaufenthalt absolvieren, erhalten eine Erhöhung der regulären monatlichen Förderrate um 200 Euro.
  • Sonderzuschuss für Studierende mit Behinderung
    Kurzantrag
    Studierende mit einem Grad der Behinderung (GdB) von mindestens 30, die eine physische Mobilität absolvieren, erhalten eine Erhöhung der regulären monatlichen Förderrate um 200 Euro.
    Langantrag
    Studierenden mit einem Grad der Behinderung (GdB) von mindestens 50, die eine physische Mobilität absolvieren, erhalten bis zu 10 000 Euro zusätzlich zu dem regulären Mobilitätszuschuss abhängig von den individuellen Bedürfnissen. Weitere Informationen und Details finden Sie hier.

Antragsfrist:   06. September 2021, 12 Uhr mittags MESZ

Antragsverfahren: Sie können den Antrag ausschließlich online über Mobility-Online - ab dem 01.09.2021 -  stellen, wenn Sie einen Austauschplatz im Rahmen des Erasmus+ Programms für das Akademische Jahr 2021/22 im Bewerbungsverfahren mit Bewerbungsfrist 01.03.2021 erhalten haben und bislang keine Bewerbung um den Erasmus+ Mobilitätszuschuss eingereicht haben. Nur vollständige Anträge werden ins Antragsverfahren mit aufgenommen.

Auswahl- und Vergabekriterien:

BITTE BEACHTEN:

     

  • Die Universität Hohenheim gewährt eine finanzielle Unterstützung für physische Auslandsmobilitäten grundsätzlich unter dem Vorbehalt, dass zum Zeitpunkt der Einreise keine Reisewarnung des Auswärtigen Amtes für das Gastland/ die Gastregion besteht. Über die Gewährung der finanziellen Unterstützung wird im Einzelfall entschieden (vgl. Artikel 3.7 der Fördervereinbarung).

    •  

     

  • Der Erasmus+ Zuschuss kann nicht zur Deckung von auslandsbedingten Mehrkosten für eine physische Erasmus+ Mobilität gewährt werden, wenn der Studierende für denselben Zeitraum eine Förderung aus EU-Mitteln für ähnliche Kosten erhält. (vgl. Artikel 3.4. und 3.5 der Fördervereinbarung)

    •  

Die Auswahl der Geförderten und deren maximale Förderdauer wird auf Basis der noch vorhandenen Fördermittel in dem Projekt 2019 und dem Projekt 2020 sowie der eingegangenen Anträge auf den Erasmus+ Mobilitätszuschuss festgelegt. Dabei gilt, dass physische Aufenthalte im Wintersemester 2021/22 in dem Projekt 2019 und physische Aufenthalte im Sommersemester 2022 in dem Projekt 2020 gefördert werden. Es wird angestrebt den gesamten physischen Auslandsaufenthalt aller Programmteilnehmer im Rahmen des Erasmus+ Programms zu fördern ("Vollförderung"). Dabei gilt, dass die Förderdauer die Dauer der Programmteilnahme nicht überschreiten kann.

Im Falle von nicht ausreichenden Mitteln zur Vollförderung aller Antragssteller, kommt es zu folgenden Begrenzungen je nach vorhandenen Mitteln in der entsprechenden Reihenfolge:

     

  1. Keine Förderung der Double Degree Studierenden
  2. maximale Förderung von 5 Monaten/Semester von Single Degree Studierenden
  3. maximale Förderung von 4 Monaten/Semester von Single Degree Studierenden
  4. maximale Förderung von 3 Monate/Semester von Single Degree Studierenden
  5. maximale Förderung von 6 Monaten von Single Degree Studierenden
  6. maximale Förderung von 5 Monaten von Single Degree Studierenden
  7. maximale Förderung von 4 Monaten von Single Degree Studierenden
  8. maximale Förderung von 3 Monaten von Single Degree Studierenden
  9. maximale Förderung von 3 Monaten und Auswahl der Single Degree Studierenden nach akademischen Leistungen (Ranking)

Bei noch vorhanden Mitteln erfolgt eine Förderung der Double Degree Studierenden wie folgt:

     

  1. maximale Förderung von 3 Monaten von Double Degree Studierenden
  2. maximale Förderung von 4 Monaten von Double Degree Studierenden
  3. maximale Förderung von 5 Monaten von Double Degree Studierenden
  4. maximale Förderung von 6 Monaten von Double Degree Studierenden
  5. maximale Förderung von 3 Monaten/Semester von Double Degree Studierenden
  6. maximale Förderung von 4 Monaten/Semester von Double Degree Studierenden
  7. maximale Förderung von 5 Monaten/Semester von Double Degree Studierenden
  8. maximale Förderung von 6 Monaten/Semester von Double Degree Studierenden

Sollte nicht die ganze Statusgruppe im Rahmen einer Stufe gefördert werden können, erfolgt eine Auswahl der Double Degree Studierenden nach akademischen Leistungen (Ranking). Dabei gilt, dass Geförderte aus den Double Degree Studiengängen nicht bessergestellt werden können als Geförderte aus Single Degree Studiengängen.

Bei freiwerdenden Mitteln oder einer Nachbewilligung durch den Drittmittelgeber erfolgt eine Förderung wie folgt:

     

  • die maximale Förderdauer wird bei noch laufenden Mobilitätsprojekten von Single Degree Studierenden stufenweise um einen Monat erhöht bis zur Vollförderung. Sollte nicht die ganze Statusgruppe im Rahmen einer Stufe gefördert werden können, erfolgt eine Auswahl der Single Degree Studierenden nach akademischen Leistungen (Ranking).
  • die maximale Förderdauer wird bei noch laufenden Mobilitätsprojekten von Double Degree Studierenden stufenweise um einen Monat erhöht bis zur Vollförderung. Sollte nicht die ganze Statusgruppe im Rahmen einer Stufe gefördert werden können, erfolgt eine Auswahl der Double Degree Studierenden nach akademischen Leistungen (Ranking).

    •  

Dabei gilt, dass Geförderte von noch laufenden Mobilitätsprojekten aus den Double Degree Studiengängen nicht bessergestellt werden können als Geförderte von noch laufenden Projekten aus Single Degree Studiengängen.

Die Zuschussanträge und ggf. die Anträge auf Änderung der Mobilitätdaten müssen nach der Antragsfrist zunächst geprüft und bearbeitet werden. Wir bitten daher um Ihr Verstädnis, dass eine Bewilligung bzw. Ablehnung des Antrags einige Zeit in Anspruch nimmt und wir Fragen zum Status der Bearbeitung Ihres Erasmus+ Zuschuss Antrags nicht vor Mitte August beantworten werden.

Verpflichtungen der Programmteilnehmenden:

     

  • Einhaltung der jeweiligen Programmvorschriften (z.B. fristgerechte Einreichung aller im Programm verlangten Dokumente),
  • Als Botschafter der Universität Hohenheim an der Partnerhochschule, sowie der jeweiligen Partnerhochschule und des Austauschprogramms an der Universität Hohenheim fungieren,
  • Einhaltung der Fördervereinbarungen

You recieved an exchange place in the Erasmus+ program? You have missed the deadline to apply for an Erasmus+ mobility grant on 15.06.2021?

Then you can still apply belatedly for an Erasmus+ grant in your Mobility-Online account, starting September 1st, 2021!

Target Group: All participants in the Erasmus+ program of the University of Hohenheim who have received an exchange study place within the framework of the call for applications for exchange programs in the region Europe with application deadline 01.03.2021 and have not yet applied for the Erasmus+ mobility grant.

Purpose of the Program: Support for a physical Erasmus+ mobility with an additional financial grant

Benefits:

     

  • Mobility Grant

    Financial support for the additional costs incurred abroad for an on-site study period at a partner university in Europe (for a physical mobility).
    The maximum financial support for the physical mobility phase is calculated by multiplying the number of days (calculation of the number of days analogous to the German interest method 30/360) of the approved physical mobility phase by 1/30 of the monthly rate for the corresponding host country. (cf. Article 3.2 of the Grant Agreement). A limitation of the funding period is reserved - depending on the approved and available funding (for further information please see Selection and Award Criteria).
    The country-specific monthly funding rates for mobilities in the Academic Year 2021/22 (= country-specific funding rates for the 2019 project and the 2020 project):

  • Special financial aid for students with child(ren)
    Students who spend their stay abroad with their child or with at least one of their children together receive an increase of the regular monthly grant rate by 200 euros.
  • Special financial aid for students with disabilities
    Short application
    Students with a degree of disability (Grad der Behinderung - GdB) of at least 30 who complete physical mobility will receive an increase of 200 euros in the regular monthly funding rate.
    Long application
    Students with a degree of disability (Grad der Behinderung - GdB) of at least 50 who complete physical mobility will receive up to 10,000 euros in addition to the regular mobility grant depending on individual needs. More information and details can be found here.

Application Deadline: September 6th, 2021, 12 noon CEST

Application procedure: You can only apply online via Mobility-Online - from 01.09.2021 - if you have received an exchange place within the Erasmus+ programme for the academic year 2021/22 in the application process with the application deadline 01.03.2021 and have not yet submitted an application for the Erasmus+ mobility grant. Only complete grant applications will be included in the application procedure.

Selection and Award Criteria:

PLEASE NOTE:

     

  • The University of Hohenheim generally grants financial support for physical international mobility under the condition that at the time of entry there is no travel warning issued by the German Foreign Office for the host country/region. The granting of financial support will be decided on a case-by-case basis (cf. Article 3.7 of the Grant Agreement).

    •  

     

  • The Erasmus+ grant cannot be awarded to cover additional costs related to a physical Erasmus+ mobility abroad if the student receives funding from EU funds for similar costs for the same period. (cf. Articles 3.4. and 3.5 of the Grant Agreement).

    •  

The selection of the beneficiaries and their maximum duration of funding will be determined on the basis of the remaining funding available in the 2019 project and the 2020 project, as well as the applications received for the Erasmus+ mobility grant. The rule is that physical stays in the winter semester 2021/22 will be funded in the 2019 project and physical stays in the summer semester 2022 will be funded in the 2020 project. The aim is to fund the entire physical stay abroad of all program participants within the framework of the Erasmus+ program ("full funding"). It is understood that the funding period cannot exceed the duration of the program participation.

In the case of insufficient funds to provide full funding for all applicants, the following limitations will apply, in the appropriate order of priority, depending on the funds available:

     

  1. No funding of double degree students
  2. Maximum funding of 5 months/semester of single degree students
  3. Maximum funding of 4 months/semester of single degree students
  4. Maximum funding of 3 months/semester of single degree students
  5. Maximum funding of 6 months of single degree students
  6. Maximum funding of 5 months of single degree students
  7. Maximum funding of 4 months of single degree students
  8. Maximum funding of 3 months of single degree students
  9. Maximum funding of 3 months of single degree students according to academic record (ranking)

In case of remaining funds, financial support of double degree students will be granted as follows:

     

  1. maximum funding of 3 months of double degree students
  2. maximum funding of 4 months of double degree students
  3. maximum funding of 5 months of double degree students
  4. maximum funding of 6 months of double degree students
  5. maximum funding of 3 months/semester of double degree students
  6. maximum funding of 4 months/semester of double degree students
  7. maximum funding of 5 months/semester of double degree students
  8. maximum funding of 6 months/semester of double degree students

    9.  

In case the funds are not sufficient to fund the complete status group within one level, a selection of double degree students according to academic record (ranking) will be made. It applies, that double degree students cannot be better off than grantees of single degree study programs.

In the case of funds becoming available or a subsequent approval by the third-party donor, funding is granted as follows:

     

  • the maximum funding duration of ongoing mobility projects of single degree students will be raised successive by one months until full funding is reached. In case the funds are not sufficient to fund the complete status group within one level, a selection of single degree students according to academic record (ranking) will be made.
  • the maximum funding duration of ongoing mobility projects of double degree students will be raised successive by one months until full funding is reached. In case the funds are not sufficient to fund the complete status group within one level, a selection of double degree students according to academic record (ranking) will be made.

    •  

The rule is that grantees of ongoing mobility projects from double degree programs cannot be treated better than grantees of ongoing projects from single degree programs.

The grant applications and, if applicable, the requests for changes of the mobility data must be reviewed and processed after the application deadline.Therefore, we ask for your understanding that this requires some time and that we will not answer questions regarding the status of the processing of your Erasmus+ grant application before mid-August.

Requirements:

     

  • You must be legally enrolled as degree-seeking student at the University of Hohenheim during the whole mobility period
  • All data must be correct, complete and provided in due time

    •  

Obligations of Participants:

     

  • Compliance with the respective program regulations (for example the submission of all required program documents in time)
  • Acting as an ambassador of the University of Hohenheim at the partner university, as well as represent the respective partner university and exchange program at the University of Hohenheim
  • Compliance with the the grant agreement
