Award-winning and a joy to nibble on: Students develop new meat snack "Meat Me"
It's small, round and available in 3 different flavours: 4 students of the University of Hohenheim have come up with a new snack for in-between meals - and won 2nd prize in the Trophelia Contest sponsored by the research organisation of the German food industry (FEI). The award-winning snack was developed as part of the project Studium 3.0 / Humboldt reloaded of the University of Hohenheim, which has already given birth to many interesting student projects.
