Sie interessieren sich für einen Auslandsstudienaufenthalt in Europa? Ab sofort können Sie sich in der Partnerdatenbank über die ausgeschriebenen Hochschulen für Aufenthalte im Akademischen Jahr 2024/25 informieren.
Zielgruppe: Alle Studierenden der Universität Hohenheim, die ihr Grundstudium absolviert haben (ab dem 3. Semester im Bachelor).
Programmzweck: Die Austauschprogramme bieten Studierenden die Möglichkeit zu einem Auslandsstudienaufenthalt an einer Partnerhochschule in Europa.
Leistungen: Studienplatz (für 2-12 Monate) im Rahmen eines Austauschprogramms - Erasmus+ Programm, Swiss European Mobility Program (SEMP) oder Bilaterales Austauschprogramm - an einer Partnerhochschule in Europa im Akademischen Jahr 2024/25.
Studierende, die sich für ein Erasmus+ Austauschprogramm bewerben, können im Rahmen dieser Bewerbung einen Antrag auf Erasmus+ Zuschuss stellen.
Bewerbungsunterlagen: Alle Dokumente müssen auf Englisch eingereicht werden. Ausnahme: Wenn Sie ausschließlich Kurse in der Landessprache (nicht Englisch) besuchen, können die Unterlagen auf Deutsch eingereicht werden.
I. Motivationsschreiben bestehend aus Academic Statement(s), Green Mobility Statement & Civic Engagement Statement
- Academic Statement: pro angegebene Priorität ist ein Academic Statement (max. 2000 Zeichen*, Fließtext, keine Briefform) in Mobility-Online einzureichen

- Gültiger Sprachnachweis in der Hauptunterrichtssprache
- ggf. auch gültiger Sprachnachweis in einer weiteren Unterrichtssprache bzw. Landessprache
- Bitte beachten Sie die Mindestvorgaben der Gasthochschulen in der Partnerdatenbank (Angaben ohne Gewähr).
- Achten Sie darauf, dass der eingereichte Sprachnachweis von der Universität Hohenheim akzeptiert wird (s. Sprache in Austauschprogrammen)

Bewerbungsverfahren: Sie bewerben sich ab dem 01.02.2024 online über Mobility-Online. Sie müssen sich registrieren, um eine neue Bewerbung anzulegen, auch wenn Sie sich bereits zu einem früheren Zeitpunkt beworben haben. Sobald alle notwendigen Unterlagen hochgeladen und Angaben erfolgt sind, können Sie die Bewerbung einreichen. Nur vollständige und fristgerecht eingereichte Bewerbungen werden in das Auswahlverfahren aufgenommen. Das Nachreichen von Unterlagen ist nicht möglich.
Auswahl- und Vergabekriterien: Die Auswahl wird auf Grundlage Ihrer Unterlagen vom jeweils zuständigen Gremium getroffen. Danach werden die ausgewählten Kandidat:innen an den jeweiligen Partnerhochschulen nominiert. Über die endgültige Zulassung entscheidet die Partnerhochschule.
Kriterien für die Auswahl sind in erster Linie Ihre akademische Eignung, sowie Ihre fachliche und persönliche Motivation. Berücksichtigt wird außerdem zusätzliches Engagement. Die Vergabe der Austauschplätze erfolgt dabei über ein Ranking (erstellt anhand der genannten Kriterien) und unter Berücksichtigung der Vorgaben und Bedingungen der Partnerinstitution.
Voraussetzungen:
- Immatrikulation während Bewerbung und Auslandsaufenthalt
- Grundstudium des Studiengangs absolviert
- Verfügbares Mobilitätskontingent (max. 360 Tage im gleichen Studienabschnitt (Bachelor/Master) im Rahmen des Erasmus+ Programms nicht ausgeschöpft)

Are you interested in studying abroad in Europe? You can now use the partner database to find out about the universities offering study abroad programs in the academic year 2024/25.
Target group: All students at the University of Hohenheim who have completed their undergraduate studies (from the 3rd semester of the Bachelor's degree).
Program purpose: The exchange programs offer students the opportunity to study abroad at a partner university in Europe.
Benefits: Study place (for 2-12 months) as part of an exchange program - Erasmus+ program, Swiss European Mobility Program (SEMP) or Bilateral Exchange Program - at a partner university in Europe in the academic year 2024/25.
Students applying for an Erasmus+ exchange program can apply for an Erasmus+ grant as part of this exchange application.
Application documents: All documents must be submitted in English. Exception: If you only attend courses in the national language (not English), the documents can be submitted in German.

- Please note the minimum requirements of the host universities in the partner database (information without guarantee)
- Make sure that the submitted language certificate is accepted by the University of Hohenheim (see Language in exchange programs)
VI. Application for Erasmus+ grant (online form): Please note the announcement in the AA-News for the Erasmus+ project 2023
Application deadline: 15.02.2024, CET 12:00 noon
Application procedure: You apply online via Mobility-Online from 01.02.2024. You must register to create a new application, even if you have applied at an earlier date. As soon as all the necessary documents have been uploaded and details provided, you can submit your application. Only complete applications submitted by the deadline will be included in the selection process. It is not possible to submit documents at a later date.
Selection and award criteria: The selection will be made by the relevant committee on the basis of your documents. The selected candidates are then nominated at the respective partner universities. The partner university decides on the final admission.
The criteria for selection are primarily your academic aptitude as well as your professional and personal motivation. Additional commitment is also taken into account. The allocation of exchange places is based on a ranking (drawn up on the basis of the above criteria) and taking into account the requirements and conditions of the partner institution.
Prerequisites:
- Enrollment during application and stay abroad
- Basic studies of the degree program completed
- Available mobility quota (max. 360 days in the same study period (Bachelor/Master) within the Erasmus+ program not used up)
