Family-friendly University: Hohenheim receives accreditation once again
When it comes to being family-orientated, the University of Hohenheim is a pioneer among universities. It was the first university in the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg to receive this distinction in 2004. Now the university has received recognition for its family-friendly policies for the second time. Ice Cream, Coupons and Magnetic Fish: 3 projects belonging to Studium 3.0 / interim assessment of Humboldt Reloaded
Studying the electromagnetic orientation of fish, the effectiveness of marketing strategies and developing new recipes for ice cream- 90 projects open a window on scientific research to students. 3 projects are currently assessing their own success. Read the full article (in German).

Botanical Garden Week: Exhibitions and guided tours in Hohenheim
From June 9th to 17th, the University of Hohenheim will be celebrating botanical garden week with guided tours, an open-air exhibition and all sorts of crops and useful plants. Hohenheim Kids' Campus at Pentecost: Budding researchers explore water, fire, air and earth
Schools and kindergardens may be closed for the Pentecost holidays, however for kids attending the University's holiday campus, there's a lot to discover in the realms of nature and science. This year's motto is "the 4 elements". Read the full article (in German).
