Top researchers cited most frequently worldwide: Prof. Dr. Frank Schurr and Prof. Dr. Jochen Weiss from the University of Hohenheim in Stuttgart on the list. According to the list of “Highly Cited Researchers 2016” by Thomson Reuters, they were cited very frequently. In the rubric “Agricultural Sciences”, Prof. Dr. Jochen Weiss was listed together with 132 top scientists from all over the world - twelve of whom are from Germany. Prof. Dr. Frank Schurr shares the honor of being on the list of 147 top researchers in the area of “Environment/Ecology” with ten other Germans.
