Among state universities, the University of Hohenheim ranks first in the area of internationalization // EU Project U-Multirank places one private university ahead of Hohenheim

Three excellent evaluations and one good one: In the “International Orientation Ranking,” the University of Hohenheim is far ahead in the U-Multirank. The third edition of the EU ranking project aims to cover more topic areas and types of universities than are included in existing global university rankings. After 36 German universities were included last year, 85 universities are now listed. No. 1 in Germany: the private Jacobs University in Bremen and then Hohenheim.

The international U-Multirank 2016 gave the University of Hohenheim the best grade “very good”: in student mobility, international research associates, and international doctorates. Internationally co-authored publications at the University of Hohenheim were evaluated with “good.”

With these results, the University of Hohenheim reaches no. 2 among German universities. Jacobs University Bremen was evaluated with “very good” in all four categories. Internationally, 314 universities are listed at the institutional level. There, the University of Hohenheim is ranked no. 48 and the Jacobs University no. 23.
