Employability Ranking Places University of Hohenheim in the Top 10 Percent  [24.11.16]

German edition of the University Employability Ranking evaluates expertise and soft skills / German universities rank well internationally

In the University Employability Ranking, employers evaluate how well prepared university graduates are on the job market. Out of over 400 public and private universities, the University of Hohenheim was no. 38 and thus in the top 10 percent. In international comparison, German universities also did well: Employers from 20 countries confirm that, after the USA, German universities produce the best graduates.

For the first time, Germany passed up Great Britain. The French HR consulting company Ermerging and the market research company trendence surveyed almost 6000 HR officers and directors from 20 countries to produce the ranking. The study’s results for Germany are being published today at www.trendence.com/partner/hochschulen/university-employability-ranking, the global results are at www.timeshighereducation.com

Besides German companies, employers from 19 other countries selected the best universities worldwide. The result: German universities improved their international reputation. According to the opinion of international employers, after the USA, Germany produces the best graduates. Three years ago, Germany was still in 3rd place after Great Britain.
