5 July 2013 10:15a.m. - 1:00p.m.: Academic ceremony with keynote address
6 July 2013 12:00 - 6:00p.m.: Open Day programme with 95 points
A beautiful summer party in front of the baroque palace, along with exciting, real-life science, lots to enjoy and cultural events... a programme including 95 points at 26 stations at the University of Hohenheim. On 6th July, everyone is invited to the most beautiful campus in the State of Baden-Württemberg in order to discover science and research and just enjoy. For university members, the festival begins with the Dies Academicus a day earlier including the academic ceremony, the subsequenttraditional keg tapping and the ceremonial awarding of prizes and scholarships. The University plans to celebrate with its friends and supporters, as well as all its members. The day is therefore lecture-free.
