The graduation documents are sent by registered mail. Remember, either...
- to change your address in HohCampus or
- to send your address to the Examination Office by email if you move after graduation.
However, you can also pick the documents up at the Examinations Office. Inform the Examinations Office in time if you want to pick up the documents.
If you have successfully completed all modules and the final thesis, you will be issued
- a degree certificate
- a certificate with an ECTS classification table (ranking)
- a diploma supplement.
It can take from two to four weeks for the certificate to be issued.
You do not need to apply for your certificate to be issued. The Examination Office creates the certificate automatically when you have completed your studies.
Additional modules as well as the profiles in the degree programs Biology (B.Sc. and M.Sc.), Agricultural Biology, and NawaRo are automatically included in the certificate. If this information is not to be shown on the transcript, inform the Examinations Office informally no later than the time the last grade is recorded. Additional modules are always shown with a grade.
Note: Hohenheim does not issue preliminary certificates. Instead, use the transcript of records.
