The guesthouse has 3 apartments (85 sq meters), each with 3 rooms (20 sq meters) that may be rented separately or as a complete apartment. The kitchen, common area, half-bath, and a full bathroom are shared by everyone living in the apartment.
Internet, washing machine and tumble dryer are available free of charge. Dishes and cleaning utensils are also available. If additional equipment or utensils are needed, they usually have to be purchased by the tenants themselves.
From 01 Nov 2022 a one-time linen package (2x shower towels, 4x towels, 2x bed linen sets) per person will be provided upon arrival.
During the rental period, the laundry is washed in the washing machines by the tenants themselves.
The package is to be left complete in the rooms on the day the tenant moves out. Missing items will be invoiced.
Price list if items are lost:
- Towels: € 10
- Bedding: € 10
- Processing fee: € 10
Reservation requests are only possible if you are registered at the Welcome Center.
Please note that this is only a request and not a confirmation that a room or apartment is available for you!
The rooms in the guest house can only be rented for a minimum rental period of 2 weeks. The rental prices are as follows:

The monthly rental fee is paid by the guest, even if the host institute bears the costs. In this case, the guest will need to ask the host institute for reimbursement. If you have any questions regarding billing, please contact the Welcome Center team.
