Guesthouse Marie-Berta

The guest house has 3 apartments with a total of 10 rooms, which can be rented separately. The kitchen, a half bath, and bathroom are shared within one apartment. A common room is also available outside of periods of high demand.

An internet connection as well as washing machine and dryer are available free of charge. Dishes and cleaning supplies are also available. If additional equipment or supplies are required, these must usually be provided by the tenants themselves.

From 01.11.2022 a one time laundry package (4x big towel, 4x small towel, 2x bedding) is provided on arrival.

During the tendancy the tendants wash their laundry in the local washing machines themselves.

The package has to be left in the room entirely  when the guests move out. Missing pieces are charged into account.

Price list in case of loss:

• Towels: 10€
• Bedding: 10€
• Service fee: 10€

Reservation requests are only possible if you are registered at the Welcome Center.

The monthly rental fee is paid by the guest, even if the host institute bears the costs. In this case, the guest will need to ask the host institute for reimbursement. If you have any questions regarding billing, please contact the Welcome Center team.
