Integrated and comprehensive marketing and business development program

On the Marketing and Business Development MBA degree program, you will immerse yourself in five subject areas that build on each other to cover important tasks in marketing and business development. The process is designed so that you learn to think and act in a networked way. You always keep an eye on the market and the needs of your customers. From analysis and strategy to practical implementation – you will receive the complete toolkit to get you started after graduation.

In the first Market, Business and Customer Insights module, you will analyze markets and businesses as well as (potential) customer groups. After all, sound strategic planning requires, above all, a solid knowledge base. You will not only gather and interpret information about markets and market participants, but also about your own company.

In the second module, Strategic Marketing & Business Development, you will focus on corporate management and leadership, innovation management, industrial goods and services marketing, negotiation and trade management. Of course, you will have the opportunity to think outside the box in international marketing. You will deepen your knowledge of how markets and business models work, and train your entrepreneurial decision-making skills. You develop goals that are market-oriented and promising.

The third module teaches marketing tools and processes with a strong practical orientation. You will apply market cultivation and development tools, deal with integrated communication, and strengthen your problem-solving skills in operational marketing and business development.

Artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, and the Internet of Things open up opportunities for growth, which is why you will focus on digital transformation in the fourth module. You will learn how to use digital marketing analytics, digital marketing, AI in marketing and business development, deal with social media marketing, as well as the legal intricacies of internet law.

The fifth module, Sustainable Development and Change, provides you with a knowledge update on sustainability marketing and management. You deal with corporate social responsibility, change management, and change communication. Sustainable management opens up new scope – in all sectors. You will learn how to use application-oriented methods to analyze, design, and implement the sustainable development of companies. You are able to initiate innovation processes and accompany change processes.

In your final Master's thesis , you will apply your new knowledge and the skills you have acquired during your studies. You make it clear that you are up to current economic challenges and can draw on academically sound solutions.
