Student Services is planning another residence hall for 102 students on the Fruhwirthstr. The new construction will compensate for the loss of around 50 residence hall spots in the Parksiedlung Scharnhausen, which the Student Services will stop renting in the mid-term.
The net number of additional residence hall spots due to the new building on Fruhwirtstr. will therefore be around 50 spots. Planned groundbreaking: Spring 2020
