Abstract

Capable and skilled extension agents don't grow on tress. Nor are they fully ready for duty after having finished a course of vocational training. Being a good adviser depends not only on knowledge but also on the ability to use concepts, apply methods and organize one's own work and, last but not least, acquire and express a certain attitude.

Bearing in mind what has been presented in the first two volumes, this book shows that applying the concepts and methods is feasible in practice. Our aim here is to offer some guidance on how to go about doing it.
