Abstract

E-learning provides approved methods and concepts to fulfil the demand for electronic negotiation
training among practitioners as well as researchers. In an integrative literature review, a categorisation
of e-learning methods and e-negotiation training characteristics is developed to provide an initial
reference which e-learning methods can be utilised in developing e-negotiation trainings. Especially
constructive, situated and collaborative methods show exceptional advantages in this domain. Also the
need for future research on these topics is addressed by providing a research agenda.
