Hohenheim "campus holidays"

When schools close during the holidays, the Hohenheim Campus Holidays offer an educational program for school-aged children of University members with their younger siblings.

Campus Holidays was offered for the first time in 1999 in order to enable parents to study, work, and research stress-free in the summer holidays. At the same time, it aims to let children get to know their parents’ workplace. The offer is an important element of the initiative Family-Friendly University.

Pentacost holidays

The Pentacost Campus Holidays always take place in the week without Pentacost Monday. The offer is for 20 children. It is designed for school children up to 10 years old.

Our Services	Price for childcare per child
1 week childcare in the Pentacost holidays (except Thursday) Childcare hours: Mon-Fri from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.	Half day (8 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.): 100 € per week / child Full day (8 a.m. - 4 p.m.): 120 € per week / child

Summer holidays

The Summer Campus Holidays always take place for two weeks starting the first Monday of the summer holidays. The offer is for 25 children per week. It is designed for school children up to 10 years old. Two workshops are offered.
