Erasmus+ mobility grant for study stays in program countries (KA 131)

The support consists of country-dependent monthly grant payments and possible additional funding. The respective Erasmus+ project determines the amount of the country-specific monthly grant payments and the additional funding.

Please note that the project year is not necessarily the same as the year of your stay abroad. You will be informed of the Erasmus+ project from which you will receive funding when your mobility grant is approved.

The exact application document requirements are published each year in the official call for applications for the Erasmus+ mobility grant for study stays in program countries.

Usually, applicants submit a digital application via Mobility Online. No further documents are required.

• Fulfilling the respective program requirements (e.g. timely submission of all documents required by the program)
• Act as an ambassador for the University of Hohenheim at the partner university, as well as for the respective partner university and the exchange program at the University of Hohenheim
• Compliance with grant agreements

• Financial support can only be granted if there is no travel warning in place for the host country or region concerned, issued by the Federal Foreign Office.
• Parallel funding from other EU funds is not permitted.
• It is possible to receive International BAföG as well as Erasmus+ funding. However, the relevant BAföG office must be notified of the Erasmus+ grant and this may lead to an adjustment of the BAföG rates.
