Officially certified (notarized) copies

What is a certified/notarized copy?

That is a copy which you have made by an official body (offices such as the Citizen’s Office or Registry Office, agencies, schools, etc. But not solicitors, clubs, or banks).
These public bodies must have an official seal.

Official certification - how to do it right!

The certification must include the signature of the certifying person and an official seal (with an emblem). A simple text stamp is not sufficient!

If the copy comprises several pages or pages printed on both the front and the back side, the certification must be clearly visible on every page of the copy!
This can be achieved by, for example, laying the sheets on top of one another but not completely overlapping and then stamping them so that on every page, part of the official seal is visible.
