Events in the representative rooms of the Palace are subject to permanent regulations for defined event categories set by the building law authority (Baurechtsamt) of Stuttgart.
During the event booking, the event holder has to select the appropriate event category. By accepting the room booking plan, the event holder agrees to adhere to its regulations.
The permanent authorization of the room schedules A, B, C includes a maximum capacity, which must be observed at all times. The event holder is responsible for adhering to the rules on maximum capacity, escape routes etc. for the different categories.
Important: Before continuing with the planning of the event, you should check whether the planned number of guests and the number of rooms conform to the approved rules for the event categories.
