Recognition of foreign education certificates

In Baden-Württemberg, the Regional Council (Regierungspräsidium) in Stuttgart is responsible for the recognition of foreign education certificates for German nationals. More information on the procedure can be obtained from the Registrar's Office.

Please note that the processing at the Regional Council can take several months. You should therefore submit your application for recognition as early as possible!
