Only the President of the University or his authorized representatives can provide a legally binding signature for the University of Hohenheim.
For the University of Hohenheim, this can only be given by the President or his authorized representatives.
The legally binding signature by the President serves to protect the researchers from personal liability or department / institution liability.
Documents not legally signed have no official validity if there are problems, i.e. possible liabilities and legal risks may fall back on the signatory not authorized by the University.
The Research Support Department will be happy to obtain the legally binding signature for you.
Please allow at least two working days for this, as we only submit documents that have been checked by us and the process takes some time.
Legally binding signatures in electronic form are not yet possible at the UHOH.
