Sexual harassment at the University

The University of Hohenheim does not tolerate sexual harassment. Personal integrity and dignity must be respected in order to work and study safely at the University of Hohenheim. The protection against discrimination, and especially sexual harassment, is an important value and task.

The General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) explicitly forbids sexual harassment. According to the AGG, this means sexually-oriented behavior aimed to hurt the dignity of the affected person.

It is of the utmost importance not to ignore sexual harassment. Anyone who is a victim of sexual harassment or witnesses sexual harassment is urged to approach the responsible contact persons at the University of Hohenheim.
