System Transfer for Examination Administration

The exam administration system transition is complete. As of 3 December 2018, you can once again contact the Examinations Office.

Starting on 3 December 2018 (around noon), the majority of students can find their exam data in the HohCampus portal.

A small number of students will remain in the previous portal and will therefore find their exam data on Studium Online. You can find links to both portals on the Examinations Office’s website.

All students were informed of the changes by email on 30 November 2018: In the email you received, you can also see whether your exam data was transferred to the new system or not.

The transition was done as conscientiously as possible. Still, of course it is possible that there could be a few issues immediately after switching to the new system. We will solve any problems as quickly as possible but ask for your patience if there are any delays.

Registration for the first examination period in the winter semester 2018/19 will start on 3 December after the system change and end on 18 December 2018.  

Information for students whose exam management was transferred to HohCampus

The new portal offers all of the previous functionalities, you can register and de-register from exams during the registration period, get information about exams for which you have registered or de-registered, and view a transcript of records. 

Important!
Please check whether all of your modules have been transferred to the new portal.
If something is missing or if you have questions about the portal, please contact the Examinations Office.

New in HohCampus portal:

  • Email notification of each status change:
    For example, if a withdrawal from an exam or a mandatory registration is entered, or if grades are reported, in the future you will receive notification by email.

  • One-time written notification per semester for exams that were not passed:
    Because you are informed of each status change by email, in the future you will only receive one written notification of all exams that were not passed during the previous semester.

Information for Students whose exam management will stay on Studium Online

This means that the online exam management functions will not change.

  • You will continue to find your exam registration and de-registration, information about exam registration and de-registration, and your transcript of records on Studium Online.

  • You can still find options for changing contact data, information on payments and certificates of enrollment on HohCampus.
