Education Program
- Placement test (C-Test) at the Language Center or certificate UNIcert I required
- The courses of the UNIcert II level are modular, so they can be taken in any order
- If applicable, different course titles of the UNIcert II level can also be credited
- For the certificate UNIcert II, a total of 8 contact hours per week must be successfully completed.

Lateral entry regulation / Recognition of coursework completed elsewhere
- After an individual placement test, students can participate in the course that corresponds to their level.
- Courses of cooperating universities corresponding to the UNIcert® II level in the corresponding focus or general language area can be used.
Registration
After successful completion of the courses, a UNIcert® II certificate can be applied for at any time. Applications can be made in the Mediothek, Euro-Forum upper level (Tel. 0711 459-23871) during regular opening hours.
When submitting the request for the certificate for UNIcert® Level II, the following documents must be submitted as originals:
- Registration form
- Current proof of enrollment
- Evidence of coursework (see table "Scope of education")
It typically takes four weeks to issue the certificate. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Secretary's Office of the Language Center.
