UNIcert® III Certificate

At the end of the level you will have reached approximately level C1 of the European Framework of Reference for Languages. You have very good knowledge of the foreign language and can easily communicate in study and work-related situations even during a longer stay in the target country.

The level is completed by attending courses totaling 8 contact hours per week and passing an examination. The content requirement for admission to the examination is the submission of graded certificates for the courses relevant to the level.

Within a module, you can take courses in any order you want; course numbers provide a recommendation about sequence.

  • 8 contact hours per week selectable from the courses of module 1 + successfully passed exam UNIcert III (possibly deviating course titles of the UNIcert III level can also be credited)
  • May start level with UNIcert® II certificate or placement test (min. 80 points for German as a foreign language, min. 85 points for English, French, and Spanish)
