Description
MP-2 aims to systematically develop curricula at the Bachelor’s level. For this purpose, teaching concepts are developed on the basis of modules of a model degree program, and these modules are to be subsequently transferred to other programs across faculties in a cascade procedure.
The Bachelor's program "Digital Business Management" serves as a model, a degree program designed for digitally adept students with 100 places per year that prepares students for the management of digital transformations in companies and also teaches them the fundamentals of economics.
First, the curriculum will be reviewed to determine which digital competences are systematically taught during the program. This results in a digital competence model in which the subject-specific requirements as well as the competence profiles defined in the DeLLFi project are taken into account.
In a second step, digital competence development at the module level will be implemented and anchored in the model degree program in several waves through an internal tender process. After evaluation, successful teaching concepts will be transferred to other degree programs or adapted for the subject-specific context with the support of digital coaches.
In the third step, what has been learned will be reflected upon, adapted to new developments during the course of the project, and the continuation of the measures will be planned.
