Volunteer service
Among others, the following services are recognized as volunteer services: Als Dienst gelten z.B.
- federal volunteer services (Bundesfreiwilligendienste)
- voluntary social year (Freiwilliges soziales Jahr)
- voluntary ecological year (Freiwilliges ökologisches Jahr)
- voluntary social year in culture and politics (Freiwilliges soziales Jahr in Kultur und Politik)
- a minimum of two-years in development aid work
